Power Water Recipe

Fruits and vegetables have some amazing health benifits.  We started our day today by enjoying some "Power Water". 

Power Water Recipe
Water (your brain is 85% water)
Mint (helps you relax)
Lemon (for hydration)
Lemon balm (reduces stress and anxiety)
Cucumber (lowers blood pressure)
Lime (fights fatigue)
Peppermint Oil (helps with focus)
